Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for standard orders to be processed before shipping. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Any extended turnaround time will be communicated when your order is placed.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method and carrier selected at checkout.

Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
BowTastic Tutus by Jamie is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control once a package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will be happy to assist when possible, but BowTastic Tutus by Jamie is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
