RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BowTastic Tutus by Jamie! Each order is prepared with care and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Custom & Personalized Items                                                                                                             All custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun. Please carefully review names. spelling, sizes, colors and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Apparel & Non-Custom Items                                                                                                              If there is an issue with an eligible non-custom item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders                                                                                               If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive and incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the item may be required so we can review and resolve the issue.

Cancellations                                                                                                                                     Because many items are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

Shipping Charges                                                                                                                                          Original shipping charges are non-refundable  unless the return is due to an error by BowTastic Tutus by Jamie.
